As part of Altair’s annual Future.Industry Conference which was held online in 2022 due to extended post-CoVid concerns, the AEDG were invited to participate in the Conference as part of a featured Academic Fireside Chat on Day 3 of the event.
The interview was hosted by Altair’s Dr Armin Veitl and featured a general discussion about navigating the challenges of using new technologies that complement CAE based simulation for virtual product design and how the AEDG have developed a project-based learning (PBL) method that combines eLearning with hands on projects…
The session received amongst the highest attendance figures in the Conference which was pleasing, and also featured AEDG student team member Jode Fourie talking about his experiences at both the NMU and within the AEDG.
